To thrive as an Intern, you need a strong willingness to learn, basic knowledge relevant to the field, and typically be enrolled in or recently graduated from a related academic program. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and sometimes specific software relevant to the industry, is often expected.
