Work Schedule: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Description

An Addison Group client is looking for a detail-oriented STAFF ACCOUNTANT to join their growing Accounting & Finance team. Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, maintaining accuracy across general ledger accounts.
  • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other general ledger items.
  • Manage the processing of daily cash receipts.
  • Analyze financial data and develop supporting schedules and account reconciliations.
  • Contribute to cost reporting and broader financial analysis efforts.
  • Gather and organize documentation to support internal and external audits.
  • Uphold compliance with company accounting policies and internal control standards.
  • Contribute to special projects and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related inquiries.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
