Job description

Internship Overview: We are seeking a motivated AI & Operations Automation Intern to support the Innovation, Digital Transformation & Growth (IDTG) team. This internship offers hands-on experience with modern AI tools, automation platforms, and digital transformation practices. The successful candidate will contribute to corporate AI implementation, process automation initiatives, and technology research to produce meaningful deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Implementation Support: Assist in maintaining the enterprise AI use case catalog and supporting the AI Communication Platform in Teams and SharePoint.
  • Process Automation: Support the design and development of Power Automate workflows and automated pipelines to streamline operations.
  • AI Solution Development: Participate in the creation and testing of CustomGPTs, Gems, and Copilot Studio-based solutions.
  • Technology Research: Conduct technology landscape research and analyze emerging AI and digital transformation tools to provide recommendations for leadership.
  • Program Support: Assist with documentation, tracking, and reporting across IDTG initiatives, including preparing weekly activity reports and slide decks.
  • Internal Communication: Contribute to internal AI awareness efforts and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Junior or senior undergraduate student, or recent graduate, in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams and SharePoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Communication: Ability to interpret technical information and communicate it clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred Experience: Exposure to prompt engineering, AI tools, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
