Job Summary
100% In Office in Erlanger, KY
Our Co-Ops/Interns receive top-notch applicable training in their focused area of study and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them every step of the way!
You will thrive in this role if you:

These skills will be used to:
  • The strategic marketing co-op/intern will use their data analysis skills to translate industry and company information and translate it into actionable business results.
  • Conduct competition studies to determine how Fischer Homes pricing and included features compare with competitors within geographies.
  • Gain exposure to and support the 5-year planning process for Fischer Homes which looks at economic information, demographic changes, and growth projections to determine future land acquisition targets for Fischer Homes.
  • Assist in collecting data from market research on different metro areas for expansions and/ or research on new product development.
  • Assist on high visibility projects within the company, and their recommendations are to provide actionable insights to the team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Economics or related fields (Non-IT Focus).
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Physical demands and work environment:
  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
