Hope Again Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our expanding team. As a full-time member of our outpatient psychiatric practice, you will provide vital support to individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients’ needs and crafting tailored treatment plans based on evidence-informed practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions.
• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups, empowering patients to connect, learn, and grow together in a safe environment.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Providing crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and immediate assistance.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment opportunities, and local resources to promote informed decision-making.
• Maintaining meticulous, confidential documentation that adheres to all ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Engaging in regular case consultations, professional development opportunities, and staying current with advancements in mental health therapy.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Oregon.
• Proficient understanding of a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Strong assessment skills with proven abilities in developing and executing effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting sound judgment while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications to document and manage patient information efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a history of delivering individual and group therapy across diverse populations will be highly regarded. Experience with telehealth practices or virtual therapy sessions will also be advantageous as we continue to embrace modern methods of delivering care.

Hope Again Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a robust benefits package, including:
