• Demonstrate a relentless pursuit of new business opportunities.

• Develop executive-level relationships throughout assigned healthcare systems. • Drive measurable market share expansion.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional credibility.

• Operate with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years of successful healthcare technology sales experience.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.

• Demonstrated success selling complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

• Experience prospecting and developing net-new business opportunities.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory and assigned meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to CNOs, CIOs, Clinical Leadership Teams, IT Departments, Security Directors, Facilities Leadership, and Healthcare Executives.

Experience with Rauland Technologies, Clinical Communication & Collaboration (CC&C), Nurse Call Systems, RTLS Solutions, Workflow Automation, Security Technologies, Audio Visual Systems, Enterprise Software Platforms, and Integrated Healthcare Technologies.

Personal Attributes

• A true hunter who enjoys winning new business.

• Highly competitive and motivated by achieving ambitious goals.

• Self-directed and accountable for results.

• Resilient when facing setbacks and objections.

• Comfortable engaging executive-level decision makers.

• Organized and disciplined in managing a complex sales pipeline.

• Curious, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Skilled at balancing relationship-building with closing business.

• Passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve patient and caregiver outcomes.

Why Join SWC

• Represent one of the most respected healthcare technology integrators in the industry.

• Sell market-leading solutions that directly impact patient care and staff efficiency.

• Work alongside experienced healthcare sales, engineering, and project delivery teams.

• Competitive compensation structure with significant upside for high performers.

• Opportunity to build long-term customer partnerships while driving meaningful growth.

This role is designed for a sales professional who wakes up every day focused on creating opportunities, winning business, and outperforming expectations.

The Healthcare Account Executive is expected to be a market-maker, relationship-builder, and revenue producer who embodies SWC's commitment to growth, innovation, and customer success.
