Job description

We are seeking a Visual Graphic Designer to focus on designing brand-driven, user-centered graphics for web, UI, customer, and product programs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to plan and develop user requirements into clear web/email graphics, UI elements, and digital/physical products and elevate our product experience and aesthetic.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of key projects, work closely with a cross-functional team, bring a strong perspective on crafting premium experiences, and serve as an advocate for design standards and craft.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Design cutting‐edge, user‐friendly, and visually refined graphics for web, email, product, and internal improvement programs.
  • Develop UI style guides and design specifications to clearly communicate intent to developers, engineers, and external suppliers
  • Ensure information is easy to read, understand, and find, with strong attention to hierarchy, typography, color, and layout
  • Collaborate in a highly cross‐functional environment, presenting design concepts clearly and effectively
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Advocate for a user‐centered design approach grounded in customer needs, safety, and brand expression

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction (HCI), product design, graphic design or related degree.
  • Previous professional work experience or internship, as a designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role.
  • Great communication skills and a history of teamwork and collaboration is a must
  • A passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users
  • Knowledge reviewing user research and data to build a strategic and user-friendly design Knowledge of design systems and component design
  • Expert with tools like AI, PS, XD, Sketch, Figma, Pen and Paper, Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, and Ai tools
  • Solid understanding of email design constraints and marketing asset production
  • Deep knowledge of web best practices and how design decisions around images, typography, and layout impact performance and overall user experience
  • Comfort working independently and owning a body of work end-to-end
  • Strong advocate for great design, with the ability to elevate quality standards while working within deadlines
  • Clear, constructive communicator, comfortable giving and receiving design feedback in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

A portfolio and/or online body of work must be submitted demonstrating depth in visual design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and layout.
