Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, website engagement, and lead generation. This role combines digital marketing execution with website analytics to help improve customer experience and business performance.


Working closely with marketing team members and key business stakeholders, this position analyzes campaign and website performance, identifies optimization opportunities, and provides actionable recommendations based on data. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across paid search, organic search, email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Support initiatives that increase website traffic, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Execute SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization efforts.
  • Assist in managing PPC campaigns and monitor campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website performance and develop reports on key marketing and business metrics.
  • Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, conversion funnels, and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and present recommendations to marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Measure campaign performance and help evaluate return on investment for digital initiatives.
  • Assist with competitor, keyword, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Website Optimization

  • Support testing and optimization initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website usability, customer experience, and conversion rates.
  • Help identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements to analytics implementation.
  • Participate in personalization initiatives that enhance customer experience.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, IT, product, design, and development teams to support digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and technology vendors when needed.
  • Contribute ideas that improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Maintain organized documentation and communicate project status effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field (internships and relevant project experience welcome).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
  • Experience using or exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends and communicate recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
