  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on enterprise networking; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Hands-on SSR expertise, including session failover configurations and performance optimization in high-availability systems.
  • Proficiency with state replication for firewalls, load balancers, and routers.
  • Experience with HSRP, VRRP, SSO (Cisco), or other redundancy protocols.
  • Advanced understanding of networking protocols and technologies:
  • DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, and NAT/PAT.
  • In-depth experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions from leading vendors (Cisco, Juniper, F5, Palo Alto, or similar).
  • Expertise with Ansible for automation and orchestration, including:
    • Writing custom playbooks and roles.
    • Automating configuration management and deployment processes for network devices.

Preferred Skills:
