New candidates should be prepared to teach up to a maximum of 9-credit hours per semester, revise, review, and develop curriculum as assigned, and attend all required professional development and training sessions. Additionally, they must collect and submit required assessment of student learning data, and actively participate in campus and system committees, meetings, projects, and activities.

At Baker College, we're on a mission to transform education with a Student-First philosophy.
