Job description

Let’s grow together!

At Camber, we specialize in lead generation, data solutions, and direct marketing for the financial services industry. Simply put, we help our clients grow by connecting them with their ideal customers. After nearly two decades in Buckhead, we’ve recently moved into a brand-new office and are excited to expand our Sales Team. We’re looking for driven graduating seniors interested in a rewarding, lucrative sales role. Preferred candidates will be in a sales track, sales minor, or business undergrad discipline—or have prior experience via internships, summer jobs, or part-time roles in sales or related fields—and are ready to take the next step in their career.

Who You Are:

You're a rising star with 1–2 years of professional sales experience (bonus points for B2B), or a graduating/graduated senior with sales acumen or experience, a passion for people, and a drive to succeed. You thrive in a competitive, collaborative, and supportive team environment—and you’re hungry for your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

As an Account Manager, you’ll have ownership of the entire sales process, from building new client relationships, to performing full life cycle account management. You’ll connect with prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Mintel, and our robust Salesforce database—and help turn those connections into long-term client relationships. You’ll team up with our awesome Senior Account Managers or our leadership team to close deals and learn the ropes, with a clear path to fully managing your own book of business within 6–12 months as you hit certain performance objectives.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

Reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and strategy sessions
Collaborating with leadership or Senior Account Managers to seal the deal
Building and managing your personal sales strategy and schedule
Staying sharp on industry trends, market insights, and new offerings
Owning your pipeline and crushing goals using Salesforce
Forecasting your sales progress with accuracy and confidence

What’s in It for You:

Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses from day 1
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Short- and long-term disability coverage
401(k) with company match
 Paid time off to rest and recharge

Perks You’ll Love:

A sleek, brand-new office with floor-to-ceiling windows in the heart of Buckhead
Weekly team lunches
Cell phone & internet reimbursement
Endless coffee, drinks, and premium office snacks
Team outings and company events that actually make you want to attend
️ 240” golf simulator, ping pong, on-premise gym, and other in-office fun!

What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree (required)
1–2 years of professional sales experience, especially B2B (preferred)
CRM familiarity—Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking superpowers and strong organizational skills
Ready to launch your sales career in a company that values growth, fun, and high performance?

Apply today—we’re excited to meet you!
