Are you passionate about tech and ready to launch your IT career? Cook Solutions Group is looking for NOC Interns who thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and are eager to learn. You'll work directly with internal teams and external customers to monitor systems, resolve issues, and deliver world-class support while becoming part of our "We Make It Happen!" culture.

Location: Portland, OR Onsite

Shifts available: Shift available: Monday - Friday - 1pm - 10pm

Pay: $19 hour

Duration: 6 months. Consideration for full-time, long-term employment could be considered at the end of the 6 month commitment but not guaranteed.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Monitor various systems and dashboards to detect and respond to issues quickly.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

  • Track and manage support tickets, escalating as needed.

  • Perform scheduled audits (e.g., Surveillance and SAN Loitering) with precision.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service goals.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.

  • Support after-hours ticket and phone monitoring when scheduled.

  • Embrace and represent our customer-first mindset.


What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an IT certification program.

  • 12 years of relevant experience or strong interest in technology.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge: Windows 7, VPNs, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Microsoft Office.

  • A team-oriented attitude and professional appearance.
