Job description

Hook Company is looking for residential garbage truck driver. Typically, we work Tuesday-Friday, 5AM to 3PM, depending on the route.

Must have a CDL. Garbage truck will be an Automated Side Load truck

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • In this position you will be operating a garbage truck on a specified route.
  • This is a position that may require heavy lifting and climbing in and out of the truck.
  • This position will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and professionally serving our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have at least 2 years of work experience as well as a stable work history, preferably in a driver position.
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Garbage Truck experience. Preferred an ASL truck
  • Good with operating a tablet.
  • Stable year-round work
  • Being able to sit for 8-10 hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: ASL Garbage Truck: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification: CDL (Required)

Ability to Commute: Webster, FL 33597 (Required)
