You'll often collaborate with designers, programmers, and artists, so being open to diverse perspectives and taking initiative on small tasks or side projects will help you develop a broader skill set. Embracing challenges, asking questions, and volunteering for new assignments can lead to deeper understanding and make you stand out for potential future opportunities within the company.
