Role Overview:
This role involves building, designing, and testing best-in-class software solutions, with a primary focus on .NET Core and Angular. The Senior .NET Full Stack Developer will perform business and software analysis, coordinate initiatives, and support enterprise systems to ensure they remain cutting-edge. A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining data synchronization solutions using an event-driven model, leveraging technologies like Kafka for real-time data streaming.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data synchronization solutions utilizing .NET Core and C.
  • Implement event-driven models to optimize data synchronization processes.
  • Utilize Kafka for efficient real-time data streaming and processing.
  • Design, implement, and manage queues and topics to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data synchronization requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data synchronization and messaging systems.
  • Develop new software that is fast, secure, and reliable, and contribute to the modification and improvement of existing software.
  • Monitor, identify, and correct moderately complex software defects.
  • Research and suggest ways to optimize solutions to better meet user, business, performance, and quality needs.
  • Maintain a software roadmap to prioritize development in line with business requirements.
  • Find root cause and resolution for faults to address issues promptly.
  • Support the collection of functional requirements using document and workflow analysis.
  • Design database resources and provide physical modeling and design services for optimum performance.
  • Work within an established program management plan to achieve specific goals.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development to maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience (8-10 years) with .NET Core and Cdevelopment.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in implementing solutions using Kafka.
  • In-depth knowledge of queue and topic systems for effective data flow.
  • Experience with Angular 13+ and Core .NET Technologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of RabbitMQ for async processing and MassTransit (messaging abstraction).
  • Experience with AgGrid (licensed UI grid).
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize synchronization processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Working experience in Angular, Angular Material, and unit test case writing in Jasmine Karma.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
