Job description

DPP is seeking a Full-Stack Developer for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry.
Work location: Partial onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and as needed
Duration: 12 months
Term: W2 position
Position summary:
  • The Full-Stack Developer participates in a team stand-up to review progress, upcoming work, and any blockers.
  • The role involves designing and developing both front-end and back-end solutions, addressing issues as they arise, and contributing to discussions across multiple projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • The Corp App/Desktop team is a small, close-knit group of 3–4 developers that emphasizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
  • Team members are expected to work across all phases of development, demonstrating flexibility and a strong understanding of full-stack development practices.
  • Communication, collaboration and leadership are key for this team. 
Technical skills:
  • Front-End Development:
    • JavaScript or TypeScript
    • React, Angular, or Vue
    • CSS3
  • Back-end Development & APIs:
    • Java
    • Node.js
    • RESTful API and design and implementation
    • Single Sign-on (SSO)
    • OAuth
  • Database & Data Management:

Minimum required work experience:
  • 6 years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
Required education/equivalencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
  • OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
  • OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 10 years without a degree)
