At Honest Abe Roofing Franchise, we believe our success is measured by the success of our franchise owners. We're looking for a Franchise Business Consultant who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build exceptional businesses. You'll work directly with franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, leadership, and operational execution. This isn't a customer service role, it's an opportunity to coach business owners, solve problems, and make a measurable impact on the growth of a national franchise brand.

What You'll Do

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'll serve as the primary business advisor for a group of franchise owners.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Coach franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Analyze KPIs, financial statements, sales metrics, and operational reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and develop action plans that drive measurable results.
  • Travel to franchise locations to provide in-field coaching and operational support.
  • Lead virtual coaching meetings and follow-up accountability sessions.
  • Assist with onboarding and launching new franchise locations.
  • Deliver training on Honest Abe systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to help franchisees succeed.
  • Identify operational challenges before they become business problems.
  • Build trusted relationships while maintaining accountability to company standards.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Experience coaching, consulting, or leading multiple business locations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Confidence leading difficult conversations with business owners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement.
Franchise experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience in multi-unit operations, business consulting, coaching, retail, home services, hospitality, or other operational leadership roles is highly valued.

Travel

This is a field-based leadership position.
Regular travel to franchise locations throughout the United States is required. You'll also spend time collaborating with our corporate leadership team and participating in company meetings and training events.
