Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in coordination and supervision of outside events occurring in Falcon Stadium, Press Box and East Club. This includes setup, breakdown, and event coordination. Support events and facilities preparation / maintenance including snow removal. Individual will take primary responsibility for Audio Visual support related to private special events at Falcon Stadium. Attend AV run throughs associated to private events. Support private event operations including but not limited to set-up/take-down and cleaning of equipment and spaces.

Supervising Falcon Stadium, press box and East Club in Kucera Legacy Center in support of USAFA sponsored events including but not limited to Graduation, football games, lacrosse games, football recruiting, etc. Assist in maintaining Falcon Stadium requirements and field maintenance. Support Football operations as needed. Support event operations including but not limited to set-up/take-down and cleaning of equipment and spaces.

Audio Visual support will include testing of AV systems in advance of meetings and events, ensuring images and videos are loaded into Brightsign and tested for quality assurance. Attend all AV run throughs to ensure run of show plans are in line with system abilities and work events supporting AV as needed and directed.

Qualifications:

Experience with Audio Visual equipment preferred but not required, technical proficiency needed. Previous experience with tools, tools, and motorized equipment preferred.

Must be able to operate a multitude of snow removal equipment. i.e., pickup trucks w/plow, tractors, snow blowers, shovels, squeegees, while properly clearing snow and ice on concourse levels, stairs, sidewalks, field, etc.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background investigation. Random drug testing is required.
