Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do & Learn)
  • Learn the Playbook: Participate in comprehensive training to master our fintech products, the home improvement industry, and the art of the sales cycle.
  • Hit the Road: Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory to meet contractors face-to-face, build trust, and represent Thrive at local industry events.
  • Build Your Portfolio: Lead outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and local networking to find and sign new contractor partners.
  • Own Your Relationships: Stay connected with the contractors you sign, helping them onboard and ensuring they successfully use our financing options to grow their business.
  • Track Your Progress: Learn to use modern CRM tools to manage your daily outreach, meetings, and sales goals with absolute discipline.
