Description
Fervo's Legal Rotational Development Program is a two-year development program for early-career attorneys looking to build a strong foundation as in-house counsel. Throughout the program, participants gain broad exposure to the legal issues that support a rapidly growing energy company, including commercial contracts, construction, finance, regulatory matters, land leasing and permitting, power markets, and compliance - based on Fervo's staffing needs and the participants background and interests. Each rotation is designed to develop practical legal judgment, strengthen business acumen, and prepare participants for long-term success as in-house counsel.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants may transition into a permanent attorney role on Fervo's Legal team, with final placement determined by business needs, participant performance, and rotational experiences.
