The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $76,500 - $112,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What you will do in this role:

  • Ensure Finance has clean, reliable, and well-governed data to support analytics and AI initiatives
  • Bridge fragmented Dematic data sources into unified, actionable datasets
  • Develop, build, and maintain data pipelines from enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, global cost book, and other proprietary data sources
  • Implement and ensure the integrity of data quality checks, monitoring, and validation processes
  • Build, enhance, and maintain analytics dashboards for Finance team members using Power Apps
  • Translate Finance reporting and analytical requirements into structured datasets and visual insights
  • Partner with an AI/ML engineer to deliver curated, model-ready datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning use cases
  • Document data definitions, business logic, and pipeline processes to ensure consistency and clarity

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-5 years proven experience in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or a related role (internships, co-ops, or academic projects included)
  • Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and transformation
  • Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI or a similar BI tool
  • Strong data validation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to Finance and non-technical partners
  • Exposure to SAP or Salesforce data structures preferred
  • Basic experience with ETL / data pipeline development preferred
  • Familiarity with Python or similar tools for data transformation preferred
  • Understanding of Finance concepts such as cost structures, reporting, or forecasting preferred
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or sophisticated analytics projects is strongly preferred
