Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $55/hr C2C $50/hr W2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Controller / Blue Prism Support Engineer to manage and support Blue Prism automation environments and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Blue Prism Control Room operations, incident management, bot monitoring, infrastructure maintenance, and workflow support. Experience in financial services environments and exposure to Power Platform technologies is highly preferred.

  • Experience working in Agile and SDLC environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial services industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support Services

  • Monitor Blue Prism Control Room operations and Power Platform environments.
  • Perform continuous monitoring of bot execution, queue health, Power Automate flows, and connector performance.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate automation failures, exceptions, and performance issues.
  • Conduct first-level incident triage and root cause analysis.
  • Perform bug fixes and minor enhancements within approved complexity thresholds.
  • Manage credential updates, queue configurations, and workflow adjustments.
  • Maintain shift handover documentation and operational logs.

2. Incident Management & Maintenance

  • Respond to production incidents and service interruptions.
  • Resolve bot failures and application-related issues.
  • Support routine maintenance activities and platform health checks.
  • Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and support processes.

3. Infrastructure Support

  • Perform scheduled reboots of Blue Prism application and runtime servers.
  • Support patching and maintenance activities across Blue Prism environments.
  • Execute Blue Prism standard maintenance activities based on recommended schedules.
  • Support Windows Server and IIS administration activities as required.
