We are seeking an experienced Front Office Analyst Developer with 8โ€“10 years of experience supporting trading analytics and front-office technology. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, data analysis, and technical development skills to support trading workflows, build analytical solutions, and collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with front-office users to understand business requirements and improve trading workflows.
  • Deliver user training, onboarding, and support for trading analytics tools and platforms.
  • Develop analytical utilities and workflow enhancements using Python, SQL, and Excel/VBA.
  • Analyze large datasets, including market data, pricing, forward curves, and trading analytics.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Plotly, or similar visualization tools.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs and data pipelines.
  • Gather user feedback, document business requirements, and collaborate with development teams to deliver enhancements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support testing, issue resolution, and production support.
Required Qualifications
  • 8โ€“10 years of experience in front-office technology, trading analytics, business analysis, or data analysis.
  • Experience supporting trading, commodities, or energy markets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/VBA, and large-scale data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, Plotly, Dataiku, or similar analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
