Our portfolio also includes Woodside, The Falcon, and the Little Hawk Putting Course, providing a diverse range of golf and recreational experiences.


About the Role:

The Setup Supervisor plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in the success of every event. This position is responsible for overseeing and completing the full setup of event spaces, ensuring every detail is properly arranged before guests arrive. While the role may not include participation during the event itself, its impact is foundational in creating an environment where events run seamlessly and successfully. This role requires a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to remain motivated in a fast-paced environment. Setup days may involve long hours and repetitive tasks depending on the number and size of events, making adaptability and a positive attitude essential.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a team while also working collaboratively alongside staff members.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, banquet operations, or team leadership.
  • Experience coordinating with guests, vendors, and event staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing event needs and timelines.
  • Knowledge of banquet room layouts, event flow, and presentation standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and complete the setup of banquet and event spaces according to event orders and specifications.
  • Arrange tables, linens, place settings, buffets, chair covers, centerpieces, and additional setup materials.
  • Lead and assist the setup crew to ensure event spaces are completed timely and accurately.
  • Coordinate with guests, vendors, and event staff regarding setup needs and adjustments.
  • Ensure all event elements are properly placed, and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Adapt to changing event requirements and timelines while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist with breakdown and reset of event spaces as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all setup operations.
