Our internship program offers practical corporate work experience that could lead to full-time work after graduation. We are seeking students going into their senior year, graduating in the spring of 2027.

The shift is from 9 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week, starting in June and ending in August. This is a hybrid position in Dresher, PA that pays $21 per hour.

Under the direction of the VP, Product Capability Leader, the Product & Data Analyst enables product strategy and decision-making through rigorous analysis of user behavior, feature performance, and internally sourced data. This role is responsible for identifying relevant data sources, synthesizing outputs, and translating data into actionable, outcome-oriented insights that inform product direction and roadmap priorities.

The Product & Data Analyst partners closely with Lead Product Manager, UX Strategist, and Architects to identify growth opportunities, optimize user journeys, and increase engagement through data-driven insights. This individual operates with a high degree of analytical rigor, curiosity, and autonomy, serving as a trusted thought partner to product leadership by grounding strategy in evidence and measurable outcomes.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Product and growth insights: analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and feature performance to inform product strategy and growth initiatives
  • Data synthesis and storytelling: transform complex data into clear, outcome-oriented insights and views for diverse audiences
  • Decision support: enable data-informed prioritization, experimentation, and roadmap decisions
  • Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with product, UX, and technology partners to align insights with strategic goals

Main Responsibilities

Product and Data Analysis

Enable strategic product decisions through robust analysis and interpretation of data:

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate relevant internal data sources to support product insights
  • Analyze user behavior, journeys, and engagement to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Measure feature performance against defined success metrics and product outcomes
  • Conduct exploratory and hypothesis-driven analysis to answer strategic product questions
  • Support experimentation, A/B testing, and post-launch analysis to assess impact and learnings

User Journey and Experience Optimization

Develop a deep understanding of how users interact with products across their end-to-end journey:

  • Partner with UX Strategists to analyze qualitative and quantitative signals across the user journey
  • Identify friction points, drop-offs, and moments of opportunity within key workflows
  • Translate behavioral insights into clear recommendations for improving usability, engagement, and outcomes
  • Support user-centered decision-making by grounding design and product discussions in data

Maximize the Value of Product Capabilities

Partner with product strategy team to ensure data meaningfully informs value creation:

  • Define, track, and maintain key product and experience metrics aligned to strategic objectives
  • Create outcome-oriented dashboards, reports, and views tailored to leadership and delivery teams
  • Surface insights that inform prioritization, investment decisions, and roadmap trade-offs
  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to product leadership, helping connect data to strategy

Roadmap Enablement and Strategic Support

Support data-driven roadmap development:

  • Collaborate with Capability Leader and Lead Product Manager to inform near-term and long-term roadmap decisions
  • Provide analytical input to business cases, strategic narratives, and product reviews
  • Support leadership-facing materials by translating data into concise, decision-ready insights
  • Ensure learnings from delivery, launches, and experiments are fed back into planning cycles
