Job description

About Us

Nature's Pantry is one of the fastest growing salt and natural food companies in America. Across our brands (Nature's Pantry, HydroCelt, and Oro Blanco), we provide cleaner, healthier ingredients to households nationwide. We are a small, fast-moving team whose products already reach more than 2,000 retail stores, including Target, Erewhon, and Mother's Market.

About the Internship

This is a part-time, unpaid internship for a student or early-career learner who wants hands-on exposure to how a growing consumer products company actually operates. You'll work closely with our team across three areas: operations and order fulfillment, event planning, and communications. It's a learning-focused role built around mentorship, ideal for someone earning academic credit who wants real experience to point to.

What You'll Get Exposure To

  • Operations and fulfillment: how orders move from a customer click to a delivered package, and the systems behind it
  • Event planning: helping coordinate brand events, pop-ups, and community activations from concept to execution
  • Communications: learning how a brand shapes its voice across email, social, and customer touchpoints, and how clear messaging supports the business
  • The day-to-day of a multi-brand CPG company, and how operations, sales, and marketing connect

Who This Is For

  • A current student or recent grad exploring operations, marketing, communications, or business
  • Organized, proactive, and genuinely curious
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a hybrid setting (Paramount, CA with some remote flexibility)
  • Eligible for academic credit is a strong plus

Details

  • Part-time, unpaid internship (hybrid, Paramount, CA)
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Hours: 10-15/week
  • Academic credit: Academic Credit Supported
