Corporate Access, ECM & Events
  • Help coordinate analyst marketing, NDRs, corporate access events, conferences, summits, and ECM deal roadshows, ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
  • Liaise with U.S. equity research analysts, capital markets, and trading to host corporates and execute marketing events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Controls
  • Work with marketing, product origination, and legal to develop client-facing materials that communicate the desk's message.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and risk frameworks (legal, compliance, AML, conduct risk).
  • Contribute to a customer-focused, high-performance, and inclusive desk culture.

Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of professional experience; internships or full-time exposure to sell-side or buy-side equities, capital markets, or institutional sales/trading strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline; strong academic record required. Progress toward CFA Level I/II is a plus.
  • Series 7 and Series 63 required - or the ability to pass both exams within the firm's sponsorship window post-hire.
  • Genuine passion for the equity markets: daily reader of the tape, comfortable discussing single names, sectors, and macro drivers.
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and data-handling skills; able to analyze datasets and present conclusions concisely (Excel mastery; familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, or similar a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to write and present effectively and adapt style and content to the target audience.
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail across every work product.
  • A resourceful self-starter with high energy, a great attitude, and the maturity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a rapidly growing team environment.

The expected base salary ranges from $110,000-150,000.
