About the Summer Analyst Program
KBCM provides its Summer Analysts unprecedented professional development opportunities through a mix of on-the-job training and structured, hands-on experience. Required Qualifications:
  • Rising juniors enrolled in a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance, economics or accounting graduating by May of 2028
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Equity Research
The Equity Research group is responsible for producing analysis, recommendations, and reports on investment opportunities that institutional investors may be interested in. Our Senior Analysts specialize in specific industries, providing recommendations on public companies as well as expert knowledge on their sector. Our equity research coverage includes Basic Materials, Consumer, Energy, Healthcare, Industrial, Real Estate, and Technology.
*KeyBank's Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a weekly salary in the range of $1,340 to $1,440 per week depending on location and coverage group. Summer Analysts in this position are eligible for overtime compensation which is paid in accordance with the Fluctuating Workweek Method. Compensation also includes a $2,000 Summer Analyst Sign-on Bonus.
