Job description

Campus Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to serve as the primary on-campus recruiting representative, responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of intern and early career talent. This individual will own the full-cycle campus recruiting process—from initial campus engagement through offer acceptance—and partner closely with the Early Careers team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a high-volume, travel-intensive role with significant autonomy during the fall and spring recruiting seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Recruiting

  • Lead full-cycle campus recruiting for internship and early career programs across the organization.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruiting data within Workday or the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.

University Relations

  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other campus recruiting activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and academic programs.
  • Support strategic university partnerships and strengthen the company's campus brand.

Internship & Early Careers Programs

  • Partner with business leaders and the Early Careers team to support internship hiring and intern-to-full-time conversion efforts.
  • Monitor recruiting pipelines, offer acceptance rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Help develop strategies to improve internship program success and long-term talent pipelines.

Recruiting Operations

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics.
  • Manage career fair planning, travel arrangements, recruiting materials, and event execution.
  • Maintain organized recruiting documentation and provide regular reporting on recruiting activity and key metrics.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or early careers recruiting.
  • Experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with candidates, universities, and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruiting initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or another project-based industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%, primarily during the fall and spring campus recruiting seasons.
