Job description

As an Associate Application Developer at IBM, you'll help organizations transform how they serve customers, improve operations, and accelerate digital innovation through modern applications and cloud technologies.

No two projects are exactly alike. You could support healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing clients. As part of our Microsoft practice, you'll work on solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies to improve customer experiences, business processes, and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with experienced consultants, developers, architects, and AI specialists while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale projects across multiple industries.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 4 days a week in office based on project requirements

  • Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of software development, databases, APIs, cloud computing, and application architectures.
  • Exposure to application development or cloud technologies through coursework, internships, research, projects, or personal learning.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence, cloud platforms, automation, and emerging technologies.
