Job description

Description:

This individual will convert raw materials into press/finishing ready material for the production department.

This is a 1st shift position and will work 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.

  • Must learn properties and characteristics of material used by production to visually differentiate the difference of material families.
  • Operates assigned machinery to convert raw material into production ready material in roll or sheet form.
  • Understands priority of material request to process material pick tickets in order of importance to the production floor
  • Cleans work area on a daily basis moves empty containers and pallets to storage area to keep area free from clutter and trash.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
