We're a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. As Assistant Designer for Women's Bottoms - Denim Dressing, Lot 300/700 at Levi's, you will help evolve some of our most iconic products while pushing modern, fashion-relevant ideas forward.
This is a growth-oriented role designed for someone early in their design career who wants to build fundamentals, learn how product is developed at scale, and gain hands-on exposure to the full design process. Working with a Senior Designer, you will support concept development, material and trim exploration, and proto execution across denim bottoms and denim dressing categories.
About the Job
  • Support the development and communication of a cohesive design point of view rooted in Levi's® heritage and contemporary fashion.
  • Help with design development across fit, fabric, finish, trims, embroidery, and sundries from concept through proto.
  • Build clear, accurate, and detailed proto packs and design handoffs.
  • Conduct market, trend, runway, and archive research to help inform seasonal concepts and platforms.
  • Take on defined ownership areas (such as sundry/ trim development, novelty details, or smaller categories) to build reliability and creative confidence.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Sourcing to support quality, aesthetic, and business alignment.
  • Create precise garment sketches and flats using Adobe Illustrator to design intent.

About You
  • 1+ years of experience in a design environment or relevant internships or hands-on project experience (denim experience is ideal).
  • Aesthetic sensibility with curiosity about trends, culture, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with garment construction with interest in building deeper technical expertise in denim finishing.
  • Curiosity about how products are made at scale and readiness to learn the operational side of commercial design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop and Excel is helpful.
  • Collaborator eager to work across many teams and levels.
  • Passion for the Levi's brand and interest in contributing to its evolution through product.
