Job Description

Korsail Energy is seeking a Project Development Analyst to join our growing team. This position is for a recent college graduate with 0-3 years' experience and relevant internship or project work interested in supporting our development team through all phases of the project development lifecycle.

Qualifications

The Project Development Analyst will support the development of greenfield solar and storage projects from initial land search efforts through to commercial operation. You will have a significant amount of responsibility in this role along with significant room for growth in the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying land for development, performing diligence, and negotiating purchase and lease agreements with landowners
  • Managing local and national permitting on multiple projects across the county
  • Managing a diverse group of consultants, engineers, attorneys, and other project stakeholders
  • Managing project development budgets and milestones 
  • Interfacing directly with landowners, investors, and other project stakeholders.
