• Assist in the creation and maintenance of I/O lists, wire schedules, and panel layout drawings.

• Support documentation efforts for UL508A, NEC, and IEC compliance.

Technical Leadership & Execution

• Participate in the development of basic electrical schematics for low-voltage control panels.

• Assist with panel builds, wiring checks, and point-to-point verification.

• Provide direct support to field engineering staff during commissioning activities, focusing on learning and assisting with troubleshooting.

• Perform redlining and revision of electrical drawings based on field changes.

Team Development & Mentorship

• Engage in onboarding and internal training to develop fundamental engineering knowledge.

• Participate in peer learning sessions and shadow senior engineers.

• Ask questions and seek technical guidance to improve core skillsets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Controls Engineers to confirm I/O configuration and panel interfaces.

• Interface with Project Managers and Fabricators to ensure timely handoffs and panel readiness.

• Participate in customer and internal reviews as an observer or note-taker.

Strategic Growth & Innovation
