Job Summary

Pride Health is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer for a contract opportunity in New York, NY. This role will support enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining engaging e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with instructional design, multimedia development, video production, and learning management systems.


Responsibilities

โ€ข Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions.

โ€ข Create interactive online learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and related authoring tools.

โ€ข Develop engaging microlearning content, videos, and digital training resources.

โ€ข Produce training materials including manuals, flyers, brochures, graphics, and learning guides.

โ€ข Perform quality assurance testing of e-learning modules across multiple browsers and platforms.

โ€ข Upload, manage, and maintain learning content within PeopleSoft ELM.

โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and develop effective training solutions.

โ€ข Incorporate emerging learning technologies and best practices into instructional design strategies.

โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design issues identified during testing.

Requirements
