Job description

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support and optimize injection molding operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving process stability, quality, and continuous improvement across silicone and thermoplastic molding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, validate, and optimize injection molding processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Troubleshoot molding issues and improve process capability (Cp/Cpk)
  • Lead process development for new product introductions (NPI)
  • Collaborate with tooling, quality, and production teams
  • Ensure compliance with FDA/GMP standards and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in injection molding (silicone or thermoplastics)
  • Strong troubleshooting and process validation background
  • Knowledge of scientific molding principles
  • Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred
