What you get to do:
You'll provide exceptional guest service while delivering the thrills and excitement we're known around the world for. You will ensure excellent guest service by responding to and exceeding their requirements, expectations and needs. In all you do, you will consistently practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protection equipment (PPE). You will also:
  • Monitor rides, following all safety regulations
  • Ensure guests meet ride admission requirements
  • Assist in loading and unloading guests from ride
  • Interact with guests while implementing park safety guidelines
  • Participate in American Red Cross and organization audit processes
  • Attend in-service meetings and cross-train to work in other park areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness of your area
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Report unsafe situations

What it takes to succeed:
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Strong English language communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • A commitment to great customer service
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • You must be comfortable with heights
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • You must successfully pass the company provided and paid American Red Cross certification trainings to include CPR and AED
  • You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Compensation: $13.00 an hour
