Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Upon referral provides professional Physical Therapy services including evaluations, planning individual patient care programs, and treatments. Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other Physical Therapy and Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR
  • Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire or
  • Masters Other Physical Therapy and Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR
  • Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire or
  • Doctorate Of Science Physical Therapy and Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR
  • Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire
  • Physical Therapist: CA, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
