J-Tech is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across all manufacturing functions, including production, engineering, and R&D. This role is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, establishing strong operational systems, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. Additionally, the Director of Manufacturing Operations will help define and achieve key performance objectives while fostering collaboration across departments to support growth. With a holistic view of the business, this leader will champion a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus. The Director of Manufacturing Operations plays a critical role in strengthening the organization s intentional culture, while positioning J-Tech for continued innovation and long-term success. Director of Manufacturing Operations position qualifications: A minimum of seven (7) years in manufacturing or related industry, required; within transportation and/or custom manufacturing, a plus Experience of successfully leading teams and overseeing a department/organization Demonstrated business and financial acumen Proficiency with technology, required; with ERP and engineering software (SOLIDWORKS CAD), preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
