Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/DevOps delivery, CI/CD enablement, and modern application development, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant solutions from concept to release. Responsibilities: Code solutions and implement automated unit tests to meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity. Mentor software engineers and coach teams on CI/CD practices and toolchain automation. Refine stories, define requirements, and estimate effort across the delivery lifecycle. Execute proofs of concept to validate new approaches or mitigate risk. Automate manual release activities and improve deployment reliability. Design, develop, and maintain automated integration, regression, and performance test suites. Ensure solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt. Troubleshoot build and setup failures and drive resolution. Deliver functionality aligned to technology expectations for quality, performance, reliability, and timelines. Communicate status and risks to technology partners on a frequent cadence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Ability to understand complex application architectures to establish CI, CD, and continuous testing. Hands-on DevOps experience with Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, unit testing frameworks, Artifactory, and Ansible. Experience with Datical and release orchestration preferred. Application development experience in one or more: Python, MongoDB, Redis, React, Impala, Spark, Autosys, Shell scripting, REST services, containers. Strong Unix/Linux expertise, including LDAP-based authentication and clustering. Solid understanding of software architecture principles and enterprise integration patterns. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills across technical and business audiences. Experience level: 5+ years in relevant engineering and DevOps roles. Preferred Skills: Frameworks and tooling for AI/ML applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms and development in cloud environments. Productivity Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
