Our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program is a cornerstone of our growth and development philosophy. With an emphasis on in-field learning and development, our Project Engineers can expect to master critical construction skills, including:

About the Team:
Our STRUCTURAL Chicago team is located in Schiller Park, IL - however, they are a heavily travel oriented group. You can anticipate upwards of 70% travel across the Upper Midwest on project assignments over the course of the year.

Chicago's primary work scopes focus on Industrial customers - refineries, powerplants and similar facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
  • Ability to travel 70% of the year
  • A minimum of one relevant internship experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for solving problems
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
