Job description

Make banking a Fifth Third better

We connect great people to great opportunities. Are you ready to take the next step? Discover a career in banking at Fifth Third Bank.

Fifth Third Bankโ€™s project-based 11-week Risk Management Internship Program gives college students the opportunity to participate in a hands-on program supporting the Cincinnati market. This is a paid professional development opportunity where youโ€™ll learn Fifth Third Bankโ€™s business practices, operations, and procedures, and build skills you need to assume a permanent role at one of the top financial services institutions. Housing assistance is available to eligible interns.

You will be responsible and accountable for risk, encouraged to openly exchange ideas and opinions, elevate concerns, and follow policies and procedures to safeguard the company. The Risk Management Internship allows participants to gain experience and exposure to workplace roles that are designed to ensure theyโ€™re maximizing their current and potential skill sets. With exposure to senior leadership, performance feedback and coaching, mentoring relationships, and social and team-building opportunities, program participants also develop networks they can continue throughout their career.
