Responsibilities
Support the overallHuman Resource Department in daily administrative functions.ย
Assist the Human Resourcesย leadershipย with key responsibilities, which includes new hire administration, employee relations, training and communications with both hotel departments and Highgate corporate offices.ย
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levelsย of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly,ย courteous,ย andย service-orientedย manner.ย
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.ย
Comply withย Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.ย
Must be able toย maintainย confidentiality of information.ย
Must be able to cross-train in otherย hotel-relatedย areas.ย
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
Currently studying forย Bachelorย 's degree, Graduate degreeย in Human Resourcesย or equivalent.ย ย
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.ย
