About the program:
The Deutsche Bank Internship Program is designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support. You'll quickly gain the confidence to take on real projects by learning firsthand how and what we deliver for clients worldwide. You'll feel supported by colleagues from across our business and start to develop your professional network.
About the division:
Fixed Income and Currencies brings together top-tier sales, trading, structuring and research teams across Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange, and Rates. We empower clients to achieve their financial goals by offering tailored solutions to manage risk, secure funding, and access liquidity.
During the rotational program you'll work across Fixed Income products to see firsthand how we respond to market trends, deliver for our clients, and make a difference in the world. By experiencing different roles and products, you'll discover where your skills are best suited and where your interests lie.
About the role:
During the 10-week rotational Internship Program, you'll undergo upfront training with industry experts, followed by 9 weeks rotating with desks. You'll learn from our senior leaders, expand your network, and grow the skills needed to start your career.

  • Minimum 3.5 minimum GPA

To be eligible for 2027 Internship Program you must:
  • Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between December 1 2027, and July 31, 2028
  • Be able to start full-time work in July 2028, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements
  • Possess no more than 12 months' relevant full-time work experience
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

The annualized salary for this position is $110,000. Interns are not eligible for incentive compensation.
