We are hiring for: Mental Health Therapist / Behavioral Health / Facility Based Crisis and Detox Services Type: Credentialed If you are a positive and personable individual looking for a satisfying and fun opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health, and substance use challenges, join our team at RHA Health Services! The clinician works with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, case managers, peer support specialists. Assessment, solution focused therapy, consultation on discharge planning, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to provide linkage to care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 - 5pm Location: On-Site
The Facility Based Crisis (FBC) Center is a community-based facility that serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization when appropriate. The FBC is a 16-bed facility operating 24/7/365 for adults aged 18 and over experiencing behavioral, emotional, psychological, detox, or other acute crisis stabilization needs. The FBC provides short-term intensive evaluation, treatment intervention or behavioral management to stabilize acute or crisis situations: Assessment and evaluation Intensive treatment and stabilization Linkage to services that will provide further treatment or rehabilitation upon release.
