Our employees have spoken. Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work certification in The United States says it all!
This three-month summer internship is designed to leverage advanced mathematical modeling and AI analysis to enhance the strategic insight of our global marketing department. The intern will work under the leadership of the Head of Marketing to bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable business narratives.

Role Objective

To apply statistical rigor and predictive modeling to our marketing activities, improving lead management frameworks and providing clarity on campaign performance.

Potential Projects (3-Month Timeline)

Month 1: Attribution & Lead Flow Optimization

Analyze current Salesforce lead flows to identify bottlenecks or high-conversion patterns.

Develop a regression-based model to weight the impact of different marketing touchpoints on the final conversion.

      Month 2: AI-Driven Sentiment & Quality Analysis

Utilize Python or RStudio to build a sentiment analysis tool for customer feedback or "Agentic AI" interactions.

Apply signal processing or classification techniques-similar to your AI voice detection model-to distinguish high-intent marketing leads from low-quality noise.

      Month 3: Predictive Performance Forecasting

Create a multivariable statistical model to forecast the outcomes of "Project Fusion" as the two marketing organizations integrate.

Prepare a technical finding presentation for executive leadership, summarizing the "truth campaign" for our data-identifying which activities drive the most significant growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Academic Excellence: Currently pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics (minimum GPA 3.68).

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MATLAB, Python, RStudio, and Excel.

Analytical Mindset: Experience in building differential equations, statistical weather prediction, or environmental sensor data visualization.
