  • Early-Career Experience: Recent graduate or up to 2 years in software engineering, data science, or analytics.
  • Technical Foundations: Interest in building reliable, scalable analytical solutions and improving shared technical foundations.
  • Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with version control, testing, and data pipelines.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to explore unfamiliar datasets, validate results, and identify commercial applications.
  • Passion for Financial Markets: Demonstrated interest in investing, companies, business models, or economic questions.
  • Curiosity and Learning Agility: Comfortable moving across sectors, incorporating feedback, and rapidly building domain knowledge.
  • Communication and Ownership: Clear communicator with strong attention to detail, dependable execution, and sound judgment.
What We Offer for You:
  • Worldโ€‘class data and AI infrastructure: The opportunity to work at the forefront of quantitative finance with access to the worldโ€™s most comprehensive infrastructure for alternative data and AI.
  • Broad exposure and rapid learning: Apply alternative data across sectors and investment questions while learning from accomplished portfolio managers, analysts, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Structured career development: Build technical depth, sector expertise, and commercial instincts through mentorship, ownership of the shared code platform, and a pathway toward dedicated sector coverage.
  • Industryโ€‘leading benefits: Employees are eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and taxโ€‘free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
