In this role, you'll elevate analytical standards, strengthen reporting and experimentation frameworks, and ensure your team delivers high-impact insights that unlock growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do as a Senior Manager, Casino Analytics

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, coaching leaders and analysts to deliver clear, executive-level narratives that shape critical business priorities.

  • Set and govern experimentation strategy, establishing standards that ensure rigor, consistency, and measurable business impact across key initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning analytical roadmaps with evolving business objectives and growth ambitions.

  • Lead the advancement of scalable reporting, monitoring, and analytical frameworks that proactively surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities while strengthening operational efficiency.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering analytical excellence, accountability, and the growth of future analytical leaders.

What you'll bring
