Job Description Alpha Energy Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our Operations team through the accurate and timely entry of large volumes of operational data and project documentation. This position is primarily focused on data entry, document processing, and record management. The Data Entry Clerk serves as a critical link between field operations and office administration by ensuring project records, work orders, timesheets, equipment logs, job tickets, and operational documentation are entered accurately, maintained consistently, and readily available for reporting, invoicing, and project management purposes.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, maintaining organized records, following established procedures, and producing accurate work in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and consistency. What You'll Do High-Volume Data Entry & Record Management (70-80% of Role) Enter large volumes of operational data into company databases, spreadsheets, ERP systems, and project management software.

Process and maintain work orders, service tickets, project documentation, equipment records, job logs, and operational reports. Accurately enter employee timesheets, equipment usage logs, production reports, and project-related documentation. Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards before entry.

Review documentation for discrepancies, missing information, or errors and coordinate corrections when necessary. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are easily accessible. Perform routine audits of entered data to ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency.

Documentation Processing & Administrative Support Scan, upload, index, and organize operational documentation. Process incoming paperwork from field personnel and ensure timely completion of required records. Organize project files and maintain document control systems.

Assist with document retrieval and record requests. Support project closeout documentation and file completion. Operations Support Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and operational reporting tools.

Monitor documentation submissions and follow up on missing records. Support invoice documentation preparation through accurate record maintenance. Assist Operations Managers and Project Coordinators with documentation and reporting needs.

Quality Control & Compliance Follow established procedures for data management and document control. Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and maintained confidentially. Support internal audits and documentation reviews.

Adhere to company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures. What Makes You Successful You are someone who: Enjoys working with data and detailed information throughout the day. Takes pride in maintaining accurate records.

Experience in construction, industrial services, oilfield services, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong typing and data entry skills with exceptional accuracy. Ability to process large volumes of information efficiently while maintaining quality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or document management software preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
