Talent Management Associate (Summer 2026) - Remote Internship - HR/OD

This is not a filing and copying internship.
Qualifications: This is a challenging internship for highly motivated masters/Ph.D candidates in a related field (Organizational Behavior, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology). The ideal candidate will be hard-working, enthusiastic, and resourceful; with good project management skills, well-versed in juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have one direct experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field; hold a 3.0+ GPA, and be proficient in operating Microsoft Office. Competitive candidates will be self-directive and team-oriented, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to deliver quality work in one of our career tracks:
Quantitative Track:
  • Excel, Intermediate (Data Cleaning, Structure, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • 1 Years' Experience in Applied Statistics (R, SPSS, SAAS, Other)
  • 1 Years' Experience in Data Mining and/or Analytics
  • 1 Years' Experience in Data Visualization (Graphs/Charts in Excel)
  • Attention to Detail

Qualitative Track:
  • 1 Years' Experience in Recruiting, Training, Survey Design, and/or Delivery
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • Client Service Orientation

Location: Remote
Time:Hours per week: 24-32 hours, 3-4 days/week (part-time)
Compensation:A stipend of up to $1000 will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.
This is a remote stipend internship for approximately fourteen weeks. High-performing individuals have received a job offer for a paid position post-completion of their internship.
