Job description

The Information Technology & Cybersecurity Intern will support the IT Help Desk while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity best practices. Working under the guidance of the IT team, the intern will assist with end-user support, hardware and software deployments, account management, troubleshooting, asset management, and basic system administration. The position also provides exposure to cybersecurity concepts including security awareness, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, access control, incident response, and compliance with industry frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC.
